Nanyue Electric Automobile Industrial Park is located on the north side of BYD Industrial Park in Longgang District and adjacent to a subway station, formerly known as BYD Park. The park was idle due to the pending construction of the subway. Landtek fully taps into the enterprise characteristics and industrial culture of the adjacent parks to refine the “electric automobile industry culture” as the design inspiration. An extremely dynamic electric automobile industry ground carving belt strings the entire park. Diverse spaces including Fitness Square, Lively Sunshine Lawn, Leisure Sports Square, and Ping-Pong Square are flexibly interspersed, offering a dynamic oasis for the staff of the park and the surrounding residents to experience the electric automobile industry culture.
